Whether you're an enthusiastic novice, junior or an experienced athlete, perhaps interested in track and field or cross country, maybe you just want to get fit and lose a few pounds pounding the streets?

Well, we hope that we have something to offer everyone.

Come along one evening and see how you get on.  We meet in the annexe of Fox Hollies Leisure centre  every  Tuesday and Thursday at 7.00pm. For seniors (adults), Thursdays are usually less structured and less well attended so newcomers are encouraged to come along to Tuesday sessions initially.
