Training takes place every Tuesday and Thursday at 19:00 from the annex at Fox Hollies Leisure Centre. Training sessions are also held at the weekend on Saturday mornings (Seniors) and Sunday (Juniors). Check out the schedules below for more information. At your first session, please make yourself known to one of the coaches and fill in a contact form.
